Use and Characteristics:
Consisting of extrusion, stretching and winding unit, this machine is designed and developed on the up-to-dated technology, by HDPE, PP as it raw. The circle thread made from the machine are applicable for the manufacturing of ropes/cables, fishing nets, construction safety nets, sun shielding nest, artificial hair, mosquito nets, brushes, as well as protective nets for the cotton fields.
The series of the machine have different spinnerets as 60, 80, 100, 120, 160, 180, with the thread ranging from 0.15mm to 0.35mm. The capacity of the machine is 15-60kg/h. The machine is compacted in its structure. ADC motor is used for stretching, thus a synchronous speed regulation and a single speed regulation can be achieved to meet the different parameters.
The spinnerets are produced by the most advanced way, so that the flatness and uniformity of the thread can ensured.
